If a recommended piece is unavailable to purchase within 30 days of receiving your plan, reply to your delivery email. We will find a suitable replacement at no additional charge, keeping the room’s style, furniture budget and fit in mind.
This availability support is separate from your included design revision. Retailer prices and stock can change, so check them before placing an order.

We start with your layout and choose furniture with the room, doorways and everyday movement in mind. Your plan brings the pieces, dimensions and placement together, with clear guidance on any measurements that need a closer look. If something needs adjusting, we help you find an alternative.
Revision and license
What one plan covers
One home, or one room from the menu, in one style derived from the materials you choose. Drawn and sent within five business days of production starting.
One revision is included. Use it to swap pieces, adjust placement within your layout, or update the plan once you’ve sent your measurements back. A revision reworks the plan you were sent. A different home size, different rooms, or a different style is a new plan rather than a revision. Want a second style, the same plan at a different budget, or another revision? Ask and we will quote it.
