What your finished plan includes
Your plan arrives
- Your own floor plan, with furniture placed on it.
- A shopping list, room by room.
What is on them
- The price of every product, and a link to the retailer selling it.
- Footprint guidance, so every piece has alternates at the size that fits.
- A budget summary: the furniture total for the plan, against the budget you set.
- A measurement checklist naming the walls to measure, marked on the plan.
- Fit and clearance notes for the pieces where it is tight.

What you spend on furniture never changes what you pay us.
Measurement and fit
A leasing floor plan is a drawing, not a survey. Most carry no reliable scale bar and many disclaim their own dimensions, so we do not promise exact fit from one. Your plan gives footprint guidance, alternates at the sizes that fit, and the specific walls to measure.
Send us what you measured and it overrides anything we estimated from the source drawing. That is what the included revision is for.
Revision and licence
What one plan covers
One home, or one room from the menu, in one style derived from the materials you choose. Drawn and sent within five business days.
One revision is included. Use it to swap pieces, adjust placement within your layout, or update the plan once you’ve sent your measurements back. A revision reworks the plan you were sent. A different home size, different rooms, or a different style is a new plan rather than a revision. Want a second style, the same plan at a different budget, or another revision? Ask and we will quote it.
