To submit a copyright complaint, please provide:

• Your full legal name.
• Your contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a notice that complies with the requirements above, Apartment Archive acts expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material identified in the notice, and takes reasonable steps to notify the person who supplied it. Apartment Archive may request additional information where a notice is incomplete.

If you believe content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notification containing sufficient information for review.

Apartment Archive may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for individuals or organizations that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent takedown requests may result in legal consequences.
