Upon purchase, Apartment Archive grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal furnishing planning.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may:

• Download the purchased file.
• View the file on your personal devices.
• Print the file for personal use.
• Use the file to help furnish your own apartment or residence.
• Reference the recommendations when purchasing furniture or decor.

You may not:

• Resell the file.
• Redistribute the file.
• Share the file publicly.
• Upload the file to marketplaces.
• Upload the file to file-sharing websites.
• Provide the file to clients.
• Use the file in a commercial design service.
• Use the file as part of a staging service.
• Use the file as part of a real estate service.
• Use the file in a consulting business.
• Copy the furnishing plan and sell derivative versions.
• Repackage Apartment Archive content as another product.

Apartment Archive materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, prompt-engineer, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, design-generation systems, or automated furnishing tools without written permission.

This restriction applies whether use is commercial, academic, internal, public, or experimental.

A purchased file may be used by members of the purchaser's immediate household when furnishing the same residence.

The file may not be shared outside that household.

Apartment Archive retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• PDF layouts.
• Floor plan adaptations.
• Moodboards.
• Visual systems.
• Written guidance.
• Sourcing structures.
• Design systems.
• Product architecture.
• Brand assets.
• Website content.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Apartment Archive may terminate this license if you violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the licensed materials and delete any copies in your possession.

This license may not be assigned, transferred, sublicensed, gifted, sold, leased, or otherwise transferred to another individual or business without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Apartment Archive.
