Process

How your furnishing plan comes together.

Send us your floor plan or a link to it. Your plan is drawn for that apartment and emailed to you within five business days.

How it is drawn
One apartment at a time

Every plan is drawn for one apartment, after you tell us which one.

Format
Digital PDF

A furnishing guide prepared for personal apartment use.

Delivery
Within five business days

Sent to the email address used at checkout, once your intake is complete and we have a usable layout.

Method

Built from the apartment, not a generic room.

01
Tell us what you like

Pick materials, then name the apartment.

Five questions: the materials you are drawn to, who the home is for, your furniture budget, the size of the home, and which apartment we are furnishing. Your materials decide the style.

02
Share your layout

Send a link, or send the file privately.

Most buildings publish a floor plan; a link to that page is enough. If yours is private, you reply to the order email with the file. If you have neither, ask us to check before you pay.

03
Receive your plan

It arrives by email in five business days.

The five business days start once your intake is complete and we have a usable layout. Furniture is placed against real clearances: walkways, door swings, and the space a drawer needs to open.

04
Then measure, and tell us

Your tape decides the final plan.

Your plan marks three or four walls to measure. Where your measurement disagrees with ours, yours wins and the recommendations shift to match. One revision is included.

Your plan arrives

Your own layout, to scale.

You get a scaled plan of your apartment with every piece placed on it, footprint bands with alternates, and a shopping list at retail prices. It is drawn from your building's published floor plan, so the furniture is checked against the room before it is recommended rather than after.

The price is fixed before you order.

The price is set by home size, with no hourly billing. The plan is drawn and sent; there is nothing to book and nothing to wait on.

Why your plan fits

The plan is checked against three real walls, not a brochure

Your building’s floor plan is drawn to let an apartment, not to measure one. It carries no scale bar, and the leasing sheet disclaims its own dimensions. We derive lengths from it carefully, and always conservatively, but a plan that claimed exact fit from that source would be claiming something the source cannot support.

So the plan arrives with three or four marked walls, each labelled on the plan. You measure them with a tape once, and enter the numbers.

Where your measurement disagrees with ours, yours wins, and the recommendations shift to match. If a number is wildly out we say so, because at that point it is usually the wrong wall, and catching that is worth more than any 3D render.
