You may use Apartment Archive for lawful, personal, non-commercial furnishing planning purposes. This includes browsing available buildings, reviewing furnishing styles, purchasing digital guides, submitting building requests, and using purchased files for your own apartment or residence.

You may not use Apartment Archive to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right.
• Resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit Apartment Archive materials.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract website content, product data, sourcing systems, layouts, images, files, or written materials.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with site operation, bypass security systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful requests.
• Use Apartment Archive materials in a competing service, commercial design business, real estate service, staging service, consulting service, database, marketplace, or automated furnishing tool.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Apartment Archive or imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission.

Purchased files are for personal use only unless Apartment Archive provides written permission otherwise. You may not share purchased files outside your household, upload them publicly, provide them to clients, or use them as part of a paid service.

You may not use Apartment Archive content, files, layouts, sourcing structures, product recommendations, design systems, text, graphics, or datasets to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, prompt-engineer, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, scraping systems, automated furnishing tools, or generative design systems without written permission.

All Apartment Archive website content, digital products, templates, graphics, design systems, sourcing structures, copy, layouts, PDF materials, and brand assets are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

No rights are transferred except the limited rights expressly granted in the applicable product license or terms.

If you submit a building request, floor plan request, contact form, or other information, you are responsible for ensuring that the submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Apartment Archive may review, reject, remove, or disregard submissions that appear incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy.

Apartment Archive may limit, suspend, terminate, refuse service, cancel access, remove content, or take other appropriate action if this policy is violated.

Apartment Archive may also pursue legal remedies where misuse involves infringement, unauthorized commercial use, scraping, redistribution, security abuse, or other unlawful conduct.
