Apartment Archive LLC, doing business as Apartment Archive ("we," "us," or "our"), operates apartmentarchive.co and provides digital furnishing plans and related downloadable design materials. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our store, customize a plan, purchase a digital product, contact us or subscribe to our emails.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, billing contact details, order information and communications. To prepare a furnishing plan, we also collect the building and apartment details, layout source, measurements, material and color preferences, furniture budget, household needs and existing-furniture information you choose to share. Floor plans, photographs and other files you send by email may contain additional personal information.
Shopify and the services used to operate the store may also collect device, browser, IP address, cookie and interaction information. Shopify and supported payment providers process payment details; we do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.
How We Use Information
We use information to process orders, verify layouts, prepare and deliver digital plans, provide included support and revisions, respond to inquiries, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud and improve the service. We use design preferences to guide recommendations; they do not determine eligibility for housing or other financial services.
Customer apartment details and submitted files are used to prepare and support the customer's plan. Purchasing a plan does not give us permission to publish identifiable customer floor plans, home photographs or addresses as marketing examples. We seek separate permission for identifiable customer examples.
Shopify and Service Providers
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share information with service providers as needed for hosting, payment processing, digital delivery, email, customer support, security and analytics. Shopify also processes information under its own privacy practices, including where it acts independently. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Product links take you to independent retailers; their websites and privacy policies govern information you give them.

Cookies and similar technologies support checkout, remember preferences and help measure website use. Your browser and the store's available privacy controls let you manage certain choices. We send order confirmations, delivery messages and support replies to provide your purchase or respond to your request. Marketing subscriptions are separate and optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. A building inquiry or support request does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and Security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, support orders, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the information and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Do not send payment-card details in floor-plan files or support emails.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or sharing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and applicable exceptions may limit a request. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable transfer arrangements.
