These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Apartment Archive, apartmentarchive.co, and any products, services, digital downloads, files, guides, layouts, research, databases, images, graphics, text, and other materials made available by Apartment Archive.

By accessing the website, submitting a request, purchasing a product, downloading a file, or otherwise using Apartment Archive, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Apartment Archive provides digital furnishing and design planning products built around apartment buildings, floor plans, unit types, and design styles.

Digital products may include furnished floor plans, annotated layouts, furniture sourcing lists, placement guidance, moodboards, room notes, shopping guidance, product references, and related downloadable materials.

Furniture, decor, installation, styling services, architectural services, engineering services, contractor services, and physical goods are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

When you purchase or access a digital product from Apartment Archive, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property, source files, design system, database, methodology, layouts, templates, graphics, written content, or other Apartment Archive materials.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, copy, adapt, reproduce, commercially exploit, or make derivative works from Apartment Archive products or content without written permission.

You may not use Apartment Archive, its website, products, files, layouts, databases, written materials, images, or design systems for any unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Reselling or redistributing Apartment Archive products or downloads
• Using Apartment Archive materials in another design, staging, real estate, furnishing, or consulting service
• Copying, recreating, cloning, or adapting Apartment Archive layouts, templates, files, product structure, or design systems for commercial use
• Publishing purchased downloads online or sharing them in public repositories, forums, marketplaces, or social platforms
• Using Apartment Archive content to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets, or automated design tools
• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, indexing, extracting, or compiling Apartment Archive content, products, building data, floor plan data, style data, pricing, product references, or database information
• Using bots, scripts, browser automation, data mining tools, or similar technologies to access or extract content
• Removing copyright notices, proprietary notices, watermarks, attribution, or other ownership identifiers

Apartment Archive owns or controls the intellectual property rights in its website, brand materials, text, graphics, layouts, furnished floor plans, design concepts, product formats, downloadable files, templates, research, databases, style systems, sourcing systems, and related materials, except where third-party materials are expressly identified.

Apartment Archive content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, contract, database, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights under U.S. law and applicable international laws and treaties.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Apartment Archive.

Apartment Archive’s building information, floor plan references, unit data, style mappings, furnishing mappings, product references, research structure, and related compilations are proprietary database assets.

You may not copy, extract, scrape, reproduce, republish, reconstruct, or commercially exploit all or any substantial part of Apartment Archive’s database, research, catalog structure, or compiled information.

To the extent available under applicable law, Apartment Archive reserves all rights in its databases and compilations, including rights available under U.S. law, international law, and applicable database rights regimes.

Apartment Archive may reference apartment buildings, floor plan names, unit types, neighborhoods, layouts, and publicly available or user-submitted floor plan information for identification, compatibility, and furnishing-planning purposes.

Apartment Archive is an independent design and digital product studio. Apartment Archive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any property owner, management company, leasing office, developer, architect, or retailer unless expressly stated.

Floor plans and building information are used for reference and planning purposes only. Apartment Archive is not the official source of building, leasing, architectural, engineering, or construction information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing building names, unit selections, floor plans, dimensions, product descriptions, preview images, and included deliverables before purchasing.

Actual apartment dimensions, layouts, finishes, window placements, door swings, fixtures, appliance locations, renovations, and building conditions may vary from published or submitted floor plans.

All dimensions, layouts, and furniture placements should be independently verified before purchasing furniture, moving items, installing fixtures, or making decisions that depend on precise measurements.

Apartment Archive products are furnishing guides only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, code-compliance, renovation, permitting, safety, or contractor documents.

Apartment Archive may recommend or link to furniture, decor, and related products from third-party retailers.

Product pricing, availability, dimensions, materials, finishes, shipping timelines, delivery services, warranties, and return policies are controlled by third-party retailers and may change without notice.

Apartment Archive is not responsible for retailer inventory changes, shipping delays, damaged products, manufacturer defects, product discontinuations, third-party ordering issues, or differences between retailer images and received products.

Some links on Apartment Archive may be affiliate links. Apartment Archive may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not affect your purchase price and do not make Apartment Archive responsible for third-party products, retailer policies, fulfillment, returns, or customer service.

If you submit a building name, floor plan, unit layout, image, screenshot, document, link, note, request, or other material to Apartment Archive, you represent that you have the right to submit that material to us.

You grant Apartment Archive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, use, reproduce, adapt, reference, and incorporate submitted materials as needed to create, improve, publish, market, or deliver Apartment Archive products and services.

Submission of a request does not create ownership rights in any Apartment Archive product, template, design system, database entry, future Unit Pack, website content, or other material created by Apartment Archive.

Apartment Archive may add requested buildings, layouts, units, or styles to its catalog and may determine timing, format, availability, pricing, and release structure at its discretion.

Digital products may be delivered by download, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method selected by Apartment Archive.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Apartment Archive is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, technical issues, third-party platforms, payment processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, files arrive within two business days.

All digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or fulfilled.

By purchasing from Apartment Archive, you acknowledge and agree to the final sale nature of digital products.

Certain digital products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated fulfillment or delivery timelines are provided for reference and may change based on product development, file preparation, source material availability, or operational timelines.

Pre-order digital products are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Apartment Archive provides digital furnishing guidance and design-planning content for informational and personal-use purposes only.

Apartment Archive does not provide licensed architectural, engineering, construction, permitting, safety, building-code, real estate, legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where professional advice, measurements, installation, building compliance, safety, or construction guidance is required.

Apartment Archive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apartment Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, digital products, design recommendations, building references, floor plan references, third-party products, or linked services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apartment Archive’s total liability for any claim related to a purchased digital product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

Apartment Archive may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website, products, downloads, or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Unauthorized use of Apartment Archive intellectual property, databases, digital products, or website content may result in legal action, takedown requests, platform reports, account restrictions, injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under law or equity.

Apartment Archive may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version of these Terms posted on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.
