Refund Policy.

All Apartment Archive digital products, including Unit Packs, furnishing plans, design packs, pre-orders, downloadable files, and related digital materials, are final sale.

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase or fulfillment, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or fulfilled.

Each purchase includes access to a digital furnishing or design-planning product. Depending on the product, this may include furnished floor plans, annotated layouts, furniture sourcing lists, placement guidance, moodboards, room notes, shopping guidance, product references, and related downloadable materials.

Furniture, decor, installation, in-person styling, architectural services, engineering services, contractor services, measurements, permitting, and physical goods are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and remain subject to the Apartment Archive Terms of Service and Digital Product License.

Certain Apartment Archive products may be offered as pre-orders before the final files are available for download or delivery.

Pre-order products are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

If a product is listed as a pre-order or custom-prepared digital product, it will be prepared and delivered within the fulfillment window stated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, files arrive within two business days.

Please review the building name, unit type, floor plan, square footage, product description, preview images, included deliverables, fulfillment timeline, and any product notes before completing your order.

Apartment layouts, dimensions, finishes, door swings, windows, fixtures, appliances, and building conditions may vary from published or submitted floor plans.

Apartment Archive products are furnishing guides only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, code-compliance, renovation, permitting, safety, or contractor documents.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, or if you believe you received the wrong file, please contact us through the contact page and include your order number.

Apartment Archive may review access, delivery, duplicate order, or incorrect-file issues on a case-by-case basis.

Reviewing an order issue does not guarantee a refund and does not change the final sale nature of Apartment Archive digital products.

Apartment Archive may reference or link to furniture, decor, and related products sold by third-party retailers.

Third-party product pricing, availability, dimensions, shipping, returns, warranties, defects, substitutions, and customer service are controlled by the applicable retailer or manufacturer.

Apartment Archive is not responsible for third-party retailer policies, product availability, shipping delays, damaged products, discontinued items, or differences between retailer images and received products.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

If a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law, Apartment Archive will handle the request in accordance with that law.
