Which room?
Kitchens and bathrooms are never furnished. Their fixtures are drawn because they take up space, but nothing is placed in them. A den and a living room that share one volume are covered together in a studio, and are two separate items bought on their own.
Where do you live?
Start typing your building. If it is not in the list, type its name and address instead. The plan is the same either way, and so are the price and the five business days.
A plan code is the letter-and-number name your floor plan is given on your lease, something like S11 or A3. It is usually on the first page, near your unit number. If you cannot find it, leave it blank. The unit number identifies your apartment on its own.
Reply to your order confirmation with the file and we will start from it. A leasing PDF, a brochure page or a clear photo of the plan all work. Your five business days begin when the file reaches us, not at checkout, and nothing you send is published.
Let us check your building first.
Without a layout for your unit there is nothing to draw on, so we will not take payment yet. Tell us the building and we will look for a usable source. Most buildings publish their floor plans, and we can often find one you could not.

I would rather you mapped my layout first
Ask for your building
You can still buy a plan now: type the building and address above and it costs the same. This is only if you would rather wait until we have mapped your layout.
- A furnishing plan drawn on your own apartment layout, with walls, doors and their swings, windows and fixed fixtures.
- Furniture placed against real clearances, with footprint bands and alternates at each band.
- A shopping list you buy at retail, direct from the vendor.
- A fit checklist: a few walls to measure once the plan arrives.
What one plan covers
One home, or one room from the menu, in one style derived from the materials you choose. Drawn and sent within five business days.
One revision is included. Use it to swap pieces, adjust placement within your layout, or update the plan once you’ve sent your measurements back. A revision reworks the plan you were sent. A different home size, different rooms, or a different style is a new plan rather than a revision. Want a second style, the same plan at a different budget, or another revision? Ask and we will quote it.
