Design packs may include annotated floor plans, furniture sourcing lists, placement guides, moodboards, and related downloadable materials.

Furniture, decor, installation, styling services, and physical goods are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

All products, files, layouts, guides, graphics, and written materials purchased from Apartment Archive are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute files
• Share purchased downloads publicly or commercially
• Copy or reproduce Apartment Archive content for resale
• Use Apartment Archive materials as part of another design service or business offering

Customers are responsible for reviewing building names, unit selections, floor plans, dimensions, product descriptions, preview images, and included deliverables before purchasing.

While Apartment Archive makes reasonable efforts to align layouts and measurements with listed apartment floor plans, variations between actual units, renovations, dimensions, finishes, furniture availability, or building modifications may occur.

Design packs are intended for furniture planning and styling reference only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, or renovation documents.

Apartment Archive may recommend or link to furniture and decor products from third-party retailers.

Product pricing, availability, dimensions, materials, finishes, shipping timelines, and return policies are controlled by third-party retailers and may change without notice.

Apartment Archive is not responsible for:

• Retailer inventory changes
• Shipping delays
• Damaged products
• Manufacturer defects
• Product discontinuations
• Third-party ordering issues
• Differences between retailer images and received products

Certain design packs may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated fulfillment or delivery timelines are provided for reference and may change depending on development timelines, product preparation, or availability.
