Returns and Refunds

All Apartment Archive design packs are final sale due to the digital nature of the product.

Each purchase includes access to a digital apartment design pack, which may include an annotated floor plan, furniture sourcing list, placement guide, and moodboard.

Furniture, decor, installation, styling services, and physical goods are not included.

Once a digital design pack has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, or fulfilled, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Pre-order design packs are also final sale. If a design pack is not available for immediate download, it will be prepared and delivered within the stated fulfillment window listed on the product page.

Please review the building name, unit type, product description, included deliverables, and preview images carefully before completing your order.

Design packs are intended for furniture planning and styling reference only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, or renovation documents.

If you have questions before purchasing, contact us before checkout so we can help confirm whether the design pack is the right fit.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your design pack, or if you believe you received the wrong file, please contact us and include your order number.

Apartment Archive may review access or delivery issues on a case-by-case basis, but this does not change the final sale nature of the product.
